Looking for an highly motivated individual to join our team. We are seeking a hard-working, Trailer

Apprentice  to work our afternoon shift. We offer a competitive  wage and benefit package.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting, diagnosing and repairing tractor-trailers; braking systems, transmissions, wheels, axles, etc.
  • Utilizing diagnostics equipment to isolate operating problems and repair faults
  • Performing regular fleet maintenance on company trucks
  • Keeping the shop clean
  • Able to work with little supervision
  • Able to follow direction when needed

Criteria/Qualifications:

  • Registered Apprentice or willing to be
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines and experience with troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Professional service attitude
  • Must own tools
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Safety conscious, ability to work in a safety driven environment
  • Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
  • Physically capable

Schedule:

  • Afternoon Shift  (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm.)

Wage:

  • $18-$23 per hour -To be determined based off knowledge and  experience

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

License:

  • Working to obtain license or interested in obtaining one
